Privacy in Charlie
Charlie is built so players can be honest. Here is what that means in practice.
For players
- Your individual check-in answers are private.
- Your coach never sees your individual responses.
- Charlie never shows a coach a named claim about you.
- You choose what to answer. You can skip a check-in.
For coaches
- You receive squad-level guidance, not individual answers.
- When too few people have shared, Charlie withholds the observation rather than showing something that could identify someone.
- Charlie tells you the limits of what it noticed.
What Charlie is not
Charlie is not a medical, diagnostic or clinical tool, and it is not a monitoring or surveillance system. It supports coaching conversations; it does not replace them.
